What did we present at the ENEX 2024 fair in Kielce?
With a smile on our faces, we finished the intensive two-day fair of renewable energy sources ENEX in Kielce. At the stand, we showed our new products – the Quick Install system for mounting photovoltaics on sandwich panels and an elevated system for metal roofing tiles. What makes this new support structure unique?
The mounting system dedicated to installation on a pitched roof covered with metal tiles is characterized by an increased distance of the module from the roof surface, which promotes better air circulation and protection of cables. The special connection of the profile joints allows you to adjust the rotation in order to precisely adhere to the module plane, which is important for achieving optimal durability of the photovoltaic installation.
The system is installed by using bimetallic screws attached to the roof covering. No need to mount to the rafters translates into a significant acceleration of the assembly process. The use of self-adhesive EPDM foam to glue the profiles along their entire length guarantees protection against leaking water, ensuring reliable waterproofing. The advantage of this solution is an attractive price compared to standard double-threaded mountings, as well as a reduced number of mounting elements and ease of installation resulting from the lack of the need to connect continuous profiles.
