PV trackers conquer the European market

The use of PV trackers from Energy5 in photovoltaic installations is a solution that has gained its reputation not only in Poland, but also abroad. Investors are increasingly choosing personalized tracking structures, seeing them as a way to maximize electricity yields from the Sun. Their strategy works perfectly in practice – as the tests show, a photovoltaic farm equipped with trackers increases electricity yields by up to 30%. The investment that has just been launched in Italy has almost 5 MW of power. The convenient location and shape of the plot allowed the creation of rows with a length of almost 50 m, each driven by one engine.

Approximately 6,700 modules were installed in 151 rows that move on one axis – every day from sunrise to sunset. Thanks to the use of trackers, the installation effectively tracks the movement of the Sun, which allows for optimal use of solar radiation throughout the day, thus increasing energy production.

We offer an innovative photovoltaic system that is individually designed to meet the highest standards required by our customers. The system’s construction is based on solid profiles, the height of which is adjusted to the terrain and climatic conditions. We use the highest quality materials, such as steel covered with a zinc-magnesium coating ZM 430 and A2 stainless steel connectors, which guarantee the resistance of our installations even in the most difficult weather conditions. Additionally, we provide a full declaration of performance for the entire system, which gives our customers the certainty of the solidity and reliability of our solutions. Fast order fulfillment allows us to deliver the system to you within approximately 5 weeks of order confirmation.

Energy5 systems are manufactured in Europe with a high bankability rate. We have ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 certificates, supervised by DEKRA Certification, and the TÜV Rheinland Safety ID 0000065055 safety certificate, which proves our commitment to the highest quality and safety standards.

Guaranteed constant performance

A range of functionalities that Energy5 photovoltaic trackers are equipped with make the investment not only profitable, but also durable and safe in everyday use.

Energy5 tracking systems are distinguished by, among others:

  • 3D-backtracking function
The 3D-backtracking function minimizes the possibility of shading individual rows of modules. The entire installation is coordinated so that each of the created tracker lines maintains an optimal angle of inclination, not interfering with the operation of other systems. The mechanism operating in this way follows the Sun, whose rays fall perpendicularly on the surface of the PV panels.
  • Safe position and automatic snow removal mode
Intelligent sensors and a weather station, which are equipped with PV trackers, measure the wind force and direction, which allows the system to react efficiently in the event of exceeding critical values. The preferred safe position, in which the modules are set, reduces the negative impact of weather conditions on the operation of the photovoltaic installation. Additionally, when heavy snowfall is detected, the trackers switch to automatic snow removal mode for the panels, moving them in a way that allows the snow cover to slide off.
  • 24/7 monitoring application
A dedicated application allows the user to access all tracker parameters, including:
    a) battery charge level,
    b) peak motor current,
    c) wind speed,
    d) information about axle blockage or motor overload.

The system sends alarms and alerts to e-mail, which allows for dynamic response to a number of variables.
