Energy5 overground system beyond the eastern border

Once again, the company Energy5 has undertaken to construct a photovoltaic farm outside our eastern border. A 1 MW PV farm was constructed in Lithuania.

With the initial lie of the land it was not possible to install freestanding structures; therefore, the land had to be levelled before any further works could proceed. Due to poorer ground conditions, it was necessary to use longer legs and to drive them in deeper. This ensured a required stability of the structure.

The design of the support structure was adapted to current standards, and to wind and snow zones at that location. The 4 x 7 configuration of the frames proved to be the most optimum for this investment, with horizontal photovoltaic modules inclined at 30°. 3228 PV modules were installed on structures designed and delivered by Energy5.
